For your initial appointment at Vein Care Solutions in Frisco, if you have downloaded and completed the new patient paperwork, please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

If you need to complete the new patient paperwork in our office immediately before your appointment, please arrive 45 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Alternatively, we can fax or send the paperwork to you if you wish.
