Billing and Insurance

All billing and insurance filing is handled through this office. For inquiries regarding billing and/or insurance, please call us at 214-387-4202. Your primary insurance will be filed automatically. However, certain charges are expected to be paid at the time of the visit with Dr. Lorenzo.

Such charges would include:

• Being asked to pay in full at the time services are provided until your annual deductible is met.

• Being asked to pay your co-pay amount at your appointment once you have met your deductible.

• Being asked to pay in full for services not covered by insurance.

If for any reason you are unable to pay in full, please contact our billing specialists immediately to make payment arrangements.
