COVID-19 Update/Temporary Office Closure:
Our top priority is the health and well-being of our patients, families, staff, and community. In this unprecendented time, we are deeply committed to keeping everyone safe and healthy.
In light of the evolving pandemic and out of the abundance of caution, we have decided to close our practice for the next week beginning 3/20/2020. We will be able to see patients on an urgent case by case basis only. We believe that this closure will allow us to more effectively evaluate this dynamic situation and assist in following CDC's guidance on social distancing. If you have an upcomining appointment scheduled with us, our office will be in touch if we need to reschedule.
A staff member will be working remotely to answer any questions or concerns during our normal business hours. Our phones will still be active so please leave a message as you normally would or you can use our "contact us" form located on our website.
Should you require an urgent visit, our emergency line is available 24 hours, please call our office at 214-387-4202 and select the emergency option to leave a message. Someone from our office will contact you as soon as possible.
We did not make this decision lightly. A great deal of care, research and planning guided our decision. We will continue to evaluate the situation as it evolves and determine on a weekly basis when it is appropriate for us to return to our normal business hours. In the meantime, our phones and email services will still be active. Please leave a message as you normally would or use the contact us form on our website and we will contact you as soon as possible.
Again, please understand that we are making this decision with the health and well-being of our patients, our families, our team, and our community in mind.
We wish all of you continued health and strength during this challenging time.
